Biography
Dr. Jason Wilt is a board-certified Emergency Medicine and Primary Care Sports Medicine physician. These specialties allow him to improve his patients’ quality of life while fostering valuable, long-term relationships with each of them. Injections are among the most common procedures performed by Dr. Wilt, including steroid injections, viscosupplement injections, PRP and stem cell injections, all of which help treat musculoskeletal pain and conditions. Dr. Wilt prides himself on treating every patient holistically, helping them develop a treatment plan that is not only medically sound, but that fits their personal preferences and lifestyle as well. He feels that any treatment that allows the body to heal itself is a golden opportunity. Before coming to The Orthopaedic Institute, Dr. Wilt worked as an Adjunct Clinical Faculty Member at the University of Florida in the Department of Emergency Medicine. He was also a Primary Care Orthopaedics/Urgent Care Physician at Unova Hip and Knee Center from 2017 to 2021. In his free time, Dr. Wilt enjoys spending time with his family, exercising and playing racquetball.
