American Diabetes Assocation Alert Day

by TOI Admin March 24, 2014

Did you know that tomorrow, March 25th, is American Diabetes Association Alert Day? Held on the fourth Tuesday of every March, American Diabetes Association Alert Day asks the public to take the Diabetes Risk Test to find out if they are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. For every test that is taken, Boar’s Head will donate $5 to the American Diabetes Association starting March 25th though April 25th, 2014, up to a total of $50,000. The risk test asks users to answer simple questions about family history, age, weight, and other potential risk factors for prediabetes or type 2 diabetes.
